If the point (3,k) is on the graph of the equation x+2y=15 ,what is the value of k?

k=6. I hope this answers your direct question. in (3,k) the 3 is the x-intercept and the k is the y-intercept. All you have to do is replace the x and y in the equation with the 3 and k.
