-a+6<5
(should be less than or equal sign)
Subtract 6 from both sides
-a+6-6<5-6
-a<-1
Divide by -1 to make a positive, BUT when you divide by a negative, you flip the < > sign to the other direction.
a/-1 > -1/-1
a>1
*should be greater than or equal sign

So the answer is a is greater than or equal to 1.

Hope this helps! :)
