f(x) = 3ˣ + 10x   and   g(x) = 4x – 2, find (f-g)(x)
(f-g)(x) = f(x) - g(x):

(3ˣ + 10x) - (4x - 2) →→→ 3ˣ + 6x - 2. Then:

(f-g)(x) = 3ˣ + 6x - 2
