If S is the sum of the integers from 51 to 150 and T is the sum of the integers from 151 to 250,what is the value of S-T

Here there are 2  an Arithmetic progression and the sum of consecutive integers S= (1st term + last term) x (1/2) (the number of terms:
:
S= (51+150)x(100/2) = 10,050

T= (151+250)X(100/2) = 20050

S - T = 10,050 - 20050 = - 10,000
