Seeing at both the original and the image, I would assume the rule of the translation would be (x + 2, y - 4).

Now that I have this rule, I just apply it to the other points to get the image.

A (1 + 2, 3 - 4)
A (3, -1)

P (-2 + 2, 4 - 4)
P (0, 0)
