What is the equation of the line that passes through the point (6,-5) and has a
slope of -3 over 2?

First use point slope formula
y-y1=m(x-x1)
then input your numbers!
y-(-5)=-3/2(x-6)
simplifying it would give you
y+5=-3/2x+9
then you have to convert that to slope intercept form y=mx+b
giving you your answer of
y=-3/2x+4
