Karma: good or bad luck, viewed as resulting from one's actions. Dharma: nature of reality regarded as a universal truth taught by the Buddha; the teaching of Buddhism. Reincarnation: a person or animal in whom a particular soul is believed to have been reborn. Ahimsa: respect for all living things and avoidance of violence towards others.
