Step-by-step explanation:

6x-2y=5 ........... Equation 1

y=3x+7 ............. Equation 2

Substitute y that's Equation 2 into equation 1 and solve for x

That's

6x - 2( 3x + 7) = 5

6x - 6x - 14 = 5

6x - 6x = 14 + 5

6x - 6x = 19

0x = 19

Divide by 0

x is undefined

Since x is undefined y is also undefined which means that the system has no solutions

Hope this helps you
