If you talk about the infinitive forms os the verbs:

I Spanish, the infinitive forms of the verbs have always an ending as -ar, -er, -ir called the first, second or third "conjugación".

First - verbs end in -ar, like: cantar, pasar, amar;

Second - verbs end in -er, like: leer, traer, correr;

Third - verbs end in -ir, like: morir, decir, vivir;
