-(x-3)=-x+3

First, distribute -1 to x and -3.

-x+3=-x+3

As you can see, both sides are equal. You can continue to simplify:

Add x to both sides to get rid of the variable.

3=3 or infinitely many solutions because x can equal any number and still be equal to the other side.
